Bhardwaj – The Insolvency Practice and the Company Formation Agency were established in 1979 by Ashok Bhardwaj.
Bhardwaj Plc was launched in 1994 following the amalgamation of two sister companies – namely Elk Registrars Ltd and Bhardwaj Corporate Services. The company serves well over 1000 firms of Accountants and Solicitors nationwide including a very large number of clients who have been with us since 1979.
We are not in practice as accountants, nor do we have any reciprocal arrangements with any firm. We are, therefore, able to provide an independent service to small and medium sized professional firms.
We retain our customers simply because we keep matters simple, remain competitive and provide a friendly and efficient service.
