Company Restoration

Under The Companies Act 2006 the companies, which have been struck off the Register at Companies House due to non-filing of Accounts or Annual Returns, can now be restored to the Register using Administrative Restoration procedures.  There will be no need to make an application to the Courts.

For the company to be restored, you must bring the company’s annual accounts and or annual returns up to date and must pay all other fines or penalties, which may have been imposed by Companies House.

Although the procedures are reasonably straightforward, we will be able to assist you in the restoration of your client’s company.

Cost:  from £670 plus VAT including Treasury & Companies House fee.
