Registered Office Service

REGISTERED SERVICE OFFICE: £150 + VAT

We provide the use of our offices as the registered office of your company. All mail received will be re-directed to your preferred address immediately. If you prefer we will open the mail, scan the documents and email them to you to ensure that there is no delay in you receiving the mail.

SERVICE ADDRESS: £110 + VAT

Under the Companies Act 2006, the directors and the secretary of the company are able to use a “service address” which is different from your home address for the purposes of public record. It can be any address provided it is physically possible to serve the documents at that address and the delivery of the documents can be acknowledged.

We will either re-direct the mail to you or send it by email as per your instructions.
