In order to set up a company we just need to know the following:-

“the proposed name of the company”

Under the Companies Act 2006, you no longer require the following:-

Specific objects of the company as all our companies are formed with general trading activity.
You also do not require to show the Authorised Share Capital.
The requirement to have a Company Secretary is also abolished.

Upon receipt of your instructions, we will immediately submit documents on line to Companies House and provide you with the Certificate of Incorporation within hours of your instructions.

All our companies are formed with our own officer as the first Director and immediately upon incorporation we will resign and send you the forms for the appointment of your own officers.
