In order to set up a UK limited company we just need to know the following:-
- Name of the proposed company
- Nature of Business (optional)
- Authorised Share Capital
All companies are formed with our own officers as formation agents and immediately upon incorporation of the company, our officers resign and you are sent the necessary appointment forms for filing at the Companies House as the new officers of the company. The one share as a subscriber is also transferred to you.
Upon receipt of your instructions, the documents are prepared on-line and immediately transmitted to the Companies House.
